Collectively the founders of Beasley Financial Group has over 50 years of experience in the financial services industry.

We are passionate about economic empowerment of everyday people. Our goal is to develop an economic system that fits into the lives of people and reward them for using our platform.

Marcus Beasley

Marcus is the Owner/CEO of Beasley Financial Group. Marcus has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Marcus has worked for AIG, New York Life, and Allstate as a manager.

Marcus has over 20 years of experience in the network marketing industry. Marcus has partnered with Amway, Excel, MCI and several other network marketing companies.

Marcus has a passion for helping people reach their financial goals and objectives.  



Garry James, BA, M.Div., D.Min.

Dr. Garry James has worked in both the business and human services professions for the state of South Carolina for the past 24 years.  He has also been the chief executive officer of a faith-based non-profit organization that has delivered quality services to over 300 families in South Carolina since 2004. 

As native South Carolinian and a social entrepreneur, Dr. James has helped business owners desiring to pursue contracts with state government agencies.  He has helped businesses obtain relevant business certifications, strengthen their business infrastructure and assisted them with networking with procurement officers who award contracts.

In addition to working with minority businesses and children service agencies, Dr. James has fifteen years of pastoral experience and has self-published a book and accompanying workbook on the prevention of child abuse and neglect from a Biblical perspective.  He has also volunteered as a sub-committee member of the SC Attorney Generals’ Human Trafficking Task Force and has served on several boards such as the Gullah Geechee Cultural Heritage Corridor Foundation (chair) and as a member of the South Carolina Child Welfare Advisory Committee.

Dr. James received a B.A. degree in Psychology from Winthrop University, a Master’s of Divinity degree from Columbia International University, and a Doctor of Ministry degree with an emphasis on Social Reform from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  



Shelly L. Burgess

Shelly L. Burgess is a seasoned public affairs and communications executive with over 28 years of experience managing internal and external health communications; media relations and broad consumer outreach and engagement with stakeholders, including Congress.  With the ability to leverage various communication platforms, she is an astute writer/editor with extensive experience with speechwriting, targeted messaging and crisis communications management. She is currently a Senior Advisor for Media with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.  Shelly is an ordained Elder in Kingdom Worship – Columbia Campus in Columbia, MD.  Passionate and committed to prayer and the diligent study of God’s word, she is a member of the Presbytery Board and the Intercessory Prayer Team. 



Kelvin Thom

Kelvin is a member of the Executive team and VP of Information Technology for the Beasley Financial Group. Kelvin has 24 years of experience in the Information Technology field. He has worked for several Fortune 500 companies over his illustrious IT career.

During his career, Kelvin has participated in a variety of roles and projects including network design, server migrations, network infrastructure upgrades, business process automation, system monitoring, deployments, and email platform conversions.

Kelvin has felt blessed to be in the IT field for over 20 years and has enjoyed every single minute of his journey. There is no better feeling than getting to do something you love every day and having the opportunity to continue learning about new and exciting technology.



Kyle A. Greene

Kyle A. Greene is a motivational speaker, author, mentor and a coach. Kyle was born in Savannah, Georgia but he grew up in Jasper County, South Carolina. He was raised by his elderly grandmother Irene Gaston who instilled into many life lessons that he still lives by today. At a very young age, Kyle excelled in sports and academics. He attributed his success on and off the field to his family, coaches, and his village. Kyle is the author is his very own self-published book, “The Mentality Changer” which has been selling all over the country. He is in the process of writing a sequel. “The Mentality Changer II” that is expected to be released in the Winter of 2019. He has recently completed a book for teachers titled, "The Teacher in YOU!" release date pending. Kyle is a motivational speaker that has been speaking all over the southeast spreading his message of love, hope, and purpose at middle schools, high schools, charter schools, alternative schools, Djj, prisons, churches corporate America, and nonprofit organizations. In his spare time, Kyle runs a very successful basketball training academy in Blythewood, South Carolina. Kyle is a 2004 graduate of Benedict College where he earned his Computer Information Science degree. He was a member of the honors program and both the football and track/field teams. He is married to Charmane and they have two amazing children “Bri Bri” and “KJ”. Kyle believes that everyone has the potential to be great and he wants to help get each person to tap into their greatness. 



Domingo Gonzalez

Domingo is a 30-year retired Military Air Traffic Controller with a background in operations management, process improvement, program management and church administration.

A business owner/entrepreneur for over 20 years. Domingo and his wife have a thriving mental health practice and also own The Marriage Institute for couples. They are co-owners of Heaven Sent Greeting Cards.

Domingo believes in multiple streams of income and if you want to succeed you have to be able to react in real time.



William Cooper, MBA Business Operations

William has worked in the financial industry for the last twenty years and started specializing in Insurance mainly Life and Health opportunities in the Major Group and Senior Market. During this time, William was shown a visible to specialize in this segment and now will assist with that expertise with this organization.

William is from North Carolina and went to college on an Athletic Scholarship to Charleston Southern University where ultimately met the CEO Mr. Beasley. William left after his junior year and went active duty in the Marine Corps which later landing him in Las Vegas. After a lengthy career in the gaming industry, William went back to school obtained his BSBA in international Business and Masters in Business Operations with Colorado Technical University.



Pace Ellsworth

Pace Ellsworth is a sales and marketing specialist and software developer in the financial technology space. He uses his love of languages and the future  to bring tools to the masses. He lives in Arizona with his wife and three beautiful children.



James E. Selmon, III

James E. Selmon, III is the President and CEO of The Look Enterprises, Inc., which is a certified minority own HUBZone firm that provides training, staffing, and information technology products and services to the federal, state and local government as well as the private business sector. Within 10 years Selmon has grown the company into a multimillion-dollar firm with offices in Washington, D.C. and in Houston, Texas.
